Are walkers allowed in the event?
Of course! The event is open to runners, joggers and walkers of all levels.
Where should walkers stand?
Walkers should stand close to the back and allow runners to stand near the front of the start. This allows faster participants to get clear of slower participants.
Can I pick up race packets for my team members?
Yes, but please bring a confirmation with you or a listing of their names (and shirt sizes) as this will speed up the pickup process.
I am coming from out of town. Is there race day packet pickup?
Yes, there is race day packet pickup available.
Is there race day registration?
As long as the event is not sold out, there is race day registration available.
How long is the Little Princess Dash?
The first event, which is for girls ages 4 and under is approximately 100 yards long. The second event for girls ages 5 and older is approximately 200 yards.
Can my Little Princess run/walk with me in the 5K?
Yes. All Little Princesses are allowed to run/walk with family or friends in the 5K. Please do not let them run or walk unaccompanied on the course. Please do not let them take a medal at the end of the 5K as these are reserved for the 5K participants. Little Princesses receive their own award at the end of their event.
Can my unregistered children run or walk with me in the 5K?
No. Only registered participants are permitted to be on the course. Anyone who is not registered has to remain at the start/finish line area.
Are men allowed to participate in the Lady Tutu 5K?
Yes, men/boys are allowed to participate in the 5K or Princess Dash.
Do I have to wear a tutu?
No, but we recommend you do. It makes the event much more rewarding!
